How far in advance do I need to order?
Online orders for curated packages must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day orders (for up to 20 guests) may be possible by phone only and depend on availability. Large gatherings (over 20 guests) should be booked with 72 hours' notice for guaranteed service. Lead times allow us to source fresh, local ingredients and prepare scratch-made food.
Can you create a custom catering menu?
If the curated packages don't suit your needs, we're happy to build a custom catering menu. Call us or submit an inquiry online and our catering team will guide you through options and pricing.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We can easily modify meals for allergies, restrictions, and dietary preferences. Most items can be made vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or dairy-free. Just let us know at checkout or when placing your order.
How do pickup, delivery, and setup work?
Pickup is available from our Costa Mesa kitchen (no delivery fee). Delivery is available across Orange County. Delivery charges start at $35 and are based on distance — this fee goes straight to our drivers. Onsite setup is included in your delivery charge.
Can I rent your patio for a private event?
Our private patio in Costa Mesa seats up to 50 guests. Rental rate: $25/hour plus a $20-per-person catering minimum. BYO wine/champagne: $15 corkage fee per bottle. Cake and cupcakes welcome (bring your own utensils). Light décor allowed (no glitter, confetti, or silly string). A $150 cleaning fee applies if the space is left messy.
What are your food values?
All proteins are grass-fed, wild-caught, pastured, antibiotic- and hormone-free. All produce is shopped fresh daily from local farmers markets — true farm-to-table. We cook exclusively with butter and olive oil. Sauces, dressings, marinades, and stocks are made in-house from scratch.
